DURHAM, N.C.—One of three Duke University lacrosse players charged with rape wants the case resolved in time for the next school year, his lawyer said in court yesterday. But the judge warned he will not fast-track the proceedings.
The case "is not going to jump ahead of the line and be handled any differently," Superior Court Judge Ronald L. Stephens said at a hearing for sophomore Reade Seligmann.
After the brief hearing, District Attorney Mike Nifong said he does not expect any trial to begin before next year.

CGM had 5 "jobs" at hotels that weekend. She named 3 people who had sex with her recently. 2 "drivers" and her "boyfriend". Changed her story no rape/rape, number of attackers changed, claimed Kim was in the bathroom with her, etc., etc., etc,.....
Even a crooked DA should have steered clear of this one....

I remember reading where a reporter for the NCCU paper said that she was told an "unflattering" story of the accuser by a neighbor of the AV while she was at the neighbor's Barb-Q cookout - Maybe they were all witnesses to her private area too!
BTW, the reportette decided not to run the story because it did not reflect well on the AV. There's a journalist for you
As an alum, Brodhead's actions were despicable. He threw his own students, coach, and University's good name, under the bus to curry favor with the dingbat DA and local politicians. As a practical matter, he conceded that every Duke lacrosse player was a rapist or criminal of some type. It is now obvious that there was no rape or sexual assault of any kind and this was nothing more than a high-tech lynching. Brodhead had the unmitigated gall to lecture others, forming these idiotic committees to come to pre-determined conclusions so they can all backslap each other as they taste the most exquisite wine. As far as he was concerned, he was more than happy to offer up three white male students to satiate the crowds and if it means lacrosse is gone, so much the better. Of course, who knows what the dingbat President has done to yield rates for incoming freshman or how long it will take Suke to recover, if it does. Whoe would send their white sons (and our house are double Dukies) to Durham (where they will be targeted) or to Duke (where they will also be targeted).
Brodhead must go.

Given this new information I wonder if she has tested positive for any STD. If she has then the fact that condoms were not used wouldn't at least one of the accused have some evidence of STD by this time?
Maybe Nifong meant, after seeing the Medical report - HE would've worn a Condom?
After hearing about CGM's activities, I'd put a condom on the poor broomstick. 2 condoms.
