DURHAM, N.C.—One of three Duke University lacrosse players charged with rape wants the case resolved in time for the next school year, his lawyer said in court yesterday. But the judge warned he will not fast-track the proceedings.
The case "is not going to jump ahead of the line and be handled any differently," Superior Court Judge Ronald L. Stephens said at a hearing for sophomore Reade Seligmann.
After the brief hearing, District Attorney Mike Nifong said he does not expect any trial to begin before next year.

They're called "drivers" in North Carolina because the state requires a class "p" operator's license in order to transport whores. A prospective driver must demonstrate proper knowledge of "pimping his ride" and how to succesfully navigate traffic while "all the b!tches talkin' sh!t."

That was a minor little segment on Greta. This news warranted more attention especially the way the LAX players were excoriated and villified in the press. Every talking head out there pointed to the SANE examination as evidence of a Rape: now we know it was only SWELLING.
This should be reported. I see nothing on the on-line News wires either.
This is how people reputations get ruined. The media has no interest in correcting themselves.

Alright, dangit. I'm trying to be logical, reasonable, in attempting to grapple with Nifong's hypothetical "date-rape" drug. There was no tox screening. To wit; no urine sampling done. CGM says she was raped by 20 guys, then 3 guys.. SANE NURSE says examination reveals XXX consistent with ...
And CGM does NOT request an HIV screening; does not request anything "scientific" which would prove or provide evidence that she was raped and to CATCH and nail her abusers? DNA shows no material linked to the Duke Players; and we don't know whatelse it DOES reveal. Other "material"?

Greta: Entire panel has turned on Nifong with a vengeance. Tivo this one when it repeats on Foxnews channel at 3 AM. It takes place at the beginning of the second half hour. Check your local satellite or cable provider for station!
If they bring in eyewitnesses to attest the Condition of the alleged victim's vagina: this will be one of the longest cases in history.
