You are talking about the ones already here? So you are saying all are merely to be deported with no option for ever being a citizen?

No. I guess I should have been clearer. There are some who have been deported. We probably can not apply this to them, but a law needs to be passed that if anyone in the future is deported, they can not become a citizen of this country. If they go home now, and re-enter legally and have not and do not break any of our laws, they can stay. I am only suggesting this for those that have been taken back across the border or ocean, to their own country. Once that happens, they can not become a citizen ever.
