I just watched the hearing carried live. Nifong laughed when Seligmann's attorney said Seligmann wants to go to college in the fall.

That turns my stomach. How vicious and vindictive is this man? It's incredible. I think if I were one of this young man's parents, I would have a hard time maintaining my composure in his sorry presence.
