I haven't caught up with the thread in the last 2 hours but does anyone like me think that Nifong lied to the judge today?
Where is the cell phone? I don't know.

If he "doesn't know," it is because he told somebody NOT to tell him where it was so he could honestly answer when he was asked about it.
