I think Colin Finnerty's attorneys are holding their cards close to the vest for a couple of reasons.

First, there is already a lot of exculpatory evidence out there from the other attorneys.

Second, they want a time line from Nifong, that he can't change later.

Thirdly I think they have blockbuster evidence of Colin not being anywhere near there, and they are saving it in case this goes to trial.

Oh how much I hope you're right. I want to see Nifong disbarred. The way he's dragging his feet, I just hope we all live long enough to see it.
