Why would the prosecutors refuse to talk to him and refuse him a polygraph. This kid sounds sincere in his denial. What a vicious bogus witchhunt.
Because the prosecutor is using this case for political advancement, and isn't interested in justice. That has been obvious from the very beginning, when Nifong inappropriately made around 70 media appearances before any indictments while the investigation was still ongoing.
This dosen't seem to be about the truth anymore. Its about prosecuting someone, anyone. Just three white guys will do.
There are sooo many things about this case that are soooo illogical, I'm starting to think "Bonfire of the Vanities".
