Lacrosse players - standard-issue, alcohol-fueled offenses of college students misdemeanors. (Finnerty was charged as a misdemeanor in that DC case too)
Accuser: hmmmm...was charged with driving while impaired, driving with a revoked license, felony speeding to elude arrest, felony assault with a deadly weapon on a government official, (that's the cop she tried to run over), and felony larceny of a motor vehicle. Court documents and her criminal and driving records show that her driver's license had been revoked before the incident, but they do not indicate why.
Gee, yes I guess urinating in public and trying to run over a cop amount to the same thing. [rolleyes] The irony of all this is the report below says she is a police psychology student.
This is what I remember from the report that I saw which was aired on FOX news: the owner said that the accuser danced, gave lap dances to a few men, don't remember if they specifically said she danced for the taxi guy or not but after a few dances she went out back. The manager at the time did not offer the woman a job because she said the accuser was "acting funny", like not really with it and finding her hiding or collapsed under a table in the back room. They aske the accuser to leave and she said that she didn't have a ride. One of the other dancers goes out to the main dancing area and finds the taxi guy. They ask him to take her home, the guy said sure but he had to use the men's room first. While he was in the men's room she swipes his keys from the table and takes off. The taxi guy calls 911 and they chase her down. This is all according to the interview given by the owner of the club and the manager. I'll try to see if I can find this FOX transcript on line and post it here.
I'm not a big fan of moral equivalence of murder and spitting on the sidewalk, either. But it is inescapable that if you wake up with fleas it often traces back to the fact that you shouldn't have slept with dogs. And that cuts both ways, for the youngsters and for the working girl. If that sounds self righteous to you, I'm sorry. But that is the way I come down on this. I hope the boys are innocent as the driven snow. I'm pretty sure they have learned some of the downside to immorality.
I can't see why?
1. Convicted Felon
2. Stripper and Prostitute (who works for an "escort agency")
3. Teenage unwed mother
4. Falsely accused others of rape before
5. Convicted Drunk Driver
6. Admitted Liar
Anything I missed?
Now, why would anybody think she wasn't the salt of the earth?
I see your point. ;)
7. Driving with a revoked license
8. Accusated ex-husband of trying to kill her
9. Felony assault with a deadly weapon on a Cop
10. Had her two kids by another guy while still married to current ex.
11. Emotional break down over money
Those are just the ones we know about.
Listen, I am all for redemption. I am a sinner too. But she is destroying people - and that is evil. To falsely accuse someone and to ruin their lives because of your own sin is from hell itself.
That Nifong character is the pits also.
...their daughter is not being seen favorably....

Gee, I wonder why.
Neither are most lawyers.
She was not convicted of a felony. She was originaly charged with felonies but were downgraded to midemeanors.
12. Dishonorable discharge from the military for adultery.
What this really shows us is that certain segments of society are so degraded that the fact she's apparently not a full-time crack addict or drug dealer is cause to label her a "good girl."
I get it that guys shouldn't be hiring strippers, but it IS legal & every guy I know has been to multiple bachelor parties & is thinking, there but for the grace of God...
I'd say that these women showed up & their "dance" was just comically bad & these guys laughed & ridiculed them. Kim & Crystal got angry & stopped. The guys certainly weren't interested in offering them "extra tips," which is where they make their real money. Then to add injury to insult, they didn't even want to pay them the full $800. That made Kim especially REALLY mad. So we get this.

Yes, and for the same reasons.
Well, yes, I certainly do not admire the boys for hiring a stripper, but disgusting as that is, it is certainly not a sexual assault.
That's what I thought happened from day one. The fight was over money, the guys didn't want to pay for some dancers who danced only for 10 minutes, not to mention that the accuser was a half an hour late to begin with, the girls got pissed, racial slurs were thrown around, the girls probably said something about "getting the cops", the guys were like "whatever your only strippers, we're not paying you" and the end result is according to evidence we have so far, a false accustion of rape.
I don't believe there was a rape, three guys raping you and not one once of DNA evidence that they did this horrific act found in, on or on her personal belonging? Never mind the one fingernail that supposedly has some DNA, that could have been transfered since it was found in the guy's waste basket. I mean she said she was asaulted by them vaginally, anally AND in the mouth. There is absolutely NO WAY in hell that they wouldn't have left some sort of evidence linking them to all that if that was true.
