Thanks for the ping and posting these. I am actually in Little Rock on business this week so I won't be able to post these.

Keep Freeperland sane!

Michael Medved is a throughly untrustworthy source. I have listened to him for years, and have caught him in deception after deceit, after misrepresention.

I don't trust him because he has repeatedly proven himself to be untrustworthy.

Would you like to be specific or is this a platitude?

Two issues will always stick in my mind.

First was Medved's trashing of Perot. Medved was amoung the worst to engage in malicious personal attacks against Perot without dealing with Perot's actual Reform agenda. It was nearly non-stop for years.

Second was Medved's deceptions concerning NAFTA. Medved was one of the most staunch NAFTA cheerleaders, but he was unwilling to acknowledge that there was widespread censorship going on during that time to keep anti-NAFTA voices from presenting their side of the story to the American people.

There was no need to attack Perot, it's not like he was nuts. LOL!

but he was unwilling to acknowledge that there was widespread censorship going on during that time to keep anti-NAFTA voices from presenting their side of the story to the American people.

Exactly. Perot wanted to talk about a sucking sound, but he was censored. You're funny!

Your response is very common. That is because you never learned that Perot attempted to buy advertising time from all of the major networks, but each and every network denied him the ability to purchase air time to get his message out to the American people without the type of editing that is commonplace.

There were many other instances of censorship as well. But because you never learned about it, you fell victim to the manipulation of the media.

You've confused the actions of a private company (editing) and the actions of government (censorship),

And if he didn't get his message out, what did he spend his $60 million on?

Censorship can come in several forms, some state sanctioned and some enacted by an entrenched elite.

He spent 60 Mil on his campaign, the NAFTA issue came a year and a half later.
