If that nail alledgedly came off during a struggle with her attacker, then why wasn't the same DNA found under the nails that did not come off


I have wondered the same thing.....re the fingernail in the trash...that DNA evidence is contaminated and was not properly handled by LEO....Evans himself dug it out of the trash can and that could account for his supposed DNA on it..

Thank you. I thought I remembered reading that Evans had taken it to the DA. That makes it a no brainer as far as I'm concerned,

This case disturbs me on so many levels. Apart from the obvious ones, I also have 3 nephews in college and all belong to a fraternity. Part of the college experience is the partying with their pals, they celebrate any and all occasions.
