I eat all of these frequently except for soy. Yuck, phooey, poo on tofu. Yeck! I can eat tofu if it's pressed, firm and smoked or seasoned.
I buy large containers of EV olive oil and special EVOO for my salads. Fresh mozzerella, tomatoes, EVOO, fresh basil and some balsamic. Summer heaven.
Always fresh salsas, red peppers, beans, grains, basmati rice, curry pastes, etc.
The local market here has lots of fresh olives. I like the ones stuffed with sun dried tomatoes.
