I don't know who will be sued, but I think this is going to be a major deal concerning the parents of every Duke Lacrosse team member. Defamation, false accusation, police misconduct, false arrest, and on and on... It will be fun to watch.

that's not the way you operate a fair lineup, by including only persons from the pool of possible perps.

The lineup; harassing witnesses with arrests for things people didn't do. Going to the dorm to talk to the players when they knew they had attorneys.
