I checked you're 'bio-recipe' out just for kicks. I've done something similar with cream, an egg, sugar, nutmeg & cinnamon after baking in foil with butter slathered on the squash. Then added mixture back to pie shell with brown sugar sprinkled on top and baked an additional 30 minutes @ 350F. Talk about fooling some folks with what they thought was pumpkin pie. Hehe hehehehe....I really like them butternut squash.
