Normally yes, but this is Durham and Nifong. Justice and truth take a back seat to ambition and race.

BTW Parents thinking of sending thier kids to Dook should take this mess as a sobering lesson. Spend $40,000 a year, BUT have your kid cross the street into downtown Durham and you too could spend another $200,000 in attorney's fees keeping your kid out of prison because Nigong/Durham needs another rich white boy race conviction.

An old saying down here - friends don't let friends go to Dook.
