Its all about TV. The formula is one for one against. The Feminazis that are the wildest, most foam at the mouth get asked back until the inaccurate speculations are too much, then a new one is brought in to invent stuff. If you think they're not guilty then you don't get on TV because that means the case goes away and they have to fill the show up with something. Also you lose the income for an continuing series of appearances. Mark Geragos (think it was him) was on someone's show over a month ago just after the first DNA was released. His quote "It's over!". I haven't seen him on any show since.
