Anybody from down there have a read on the opinions of the "man on the street" (i.e. the jury pool)? All the forensics or more likely if-y or lack thereof won't make any difference if the locals are too uneducated to "get it" or too tainted by racism or white guilt to acquit. There's no case here -- at least against the two, soon to be three accused.
My money is on who the AV was with prior to arriving late to the gig with injuries. I also believe her dancing partner is an opportunistic individual who will say or do whatever it takes to advance her cause. I also have questions with regard to one of her attackers having a mustache when nobody on the team has a mustache. Why wouldn't the D.A. look for another in attendance who has a mustache?

There have been many posts about a possible change of venue. It's pretty clear that Nifong is hoping for a Duke-hating Durham jury to convict regardless of all evidence to the contrary.
