I think we got bad Information! I thought it was Dan Flannery, but a link stated he was CLEARED; However, that link has bad info (such as Identifying his attorney erroneously as Kerry Sutton). I'm back to thinking it's Dan Flannery

Well, we know he lives at 610 N. Buchanan. Here's the link that gave the BAD information:

This is what happens when you go on 1.5 hours of sleep.

IF this is correct, it's David Evans in hot water.

"Sutton said Nifong, in meetings with lawyers, had specifically cleared her client, Matt Zash, and co-captains Dan Flannery and Bret Thompson"
http://www.thenewstribune.com/sports/story/5673991p-5087932c.html

Someone Private Mailed me and told me the above statement was wrong and there was other errors in the article. But, rereading it she's not saying Flannery is her client, and the other reported 'Error' in the article is accurate info..
So, I'm inclined to believe the NYT.. (never thought I'd say that).

I need sleep, you guys figure it out.

I was just about to say sorry for repeatedly posting that I thought it was Flannery.
