I do not think the first SBI results were after the photo lineup. I know the defense team received the results at that time and the media found out about it around the 10th of April, but I am willing to bet Nifong had them for a week or so before handing them over to the defense.
I definitely think he had a preliminary results from the SBI before the photo ID.

I want to hear an explanation for the three week delay in doing the line-up. The guys' pictures were taken on 3/23.

The first DNA results came in BEFORE the photo line-up, and that's why thins stinks so badly.

I thought in an earlier article Nifong IMPLIED there were multiple deposits of semen in her or on her and because they were mixed it was difficult to separate out. And the implication, was that's why the results weren't conclusive to any one person. If it wasnt an article, it was an interview. He said something in regards to the defense is only sharing part of the DNA results. This was shortly after the election.
