I heard on a radio w/ABC an hour ago that the oral DNA swab of the "boyfriend" was taken on May 3, only 10 days ago....
That was the day after the indictment, wasn't it?

When the first DNA results were anticipated, I read that under NC law as soon as the results came in they had to be given to the DNA donor. I wonder if Nifong broke the law by leaking the results before the defense had them, or failing to provide the defense with the complete report showing the semen match the first time?
