I think there are many more pictures/video clips from the party than we've seen showing any bruises/cuts the false accuser had on arrival, on the porch departing, and after the fall.

I want to know if the false accuser mentioned that fall to LE or the nurse examiner, or whether all the outward injuries noted in the SANE report were attributed to the faux sexual assault.

My absolute conviction is that the young woman had sex prior to coming to the party late to dance. She was physically impaired when she arrived (bruises, intoxicated to get "get loose" for the performance). She and her co-worker decided to end the performance early due to remarks over the top by the audience, expected to get paid the full amount. The boys objected to paying for something they didn't get (i.e. 1/2 hour of titillation), refused to pay the full amount. The dancers became upset (although KR claims she was paid in full), apparently CM was unable to function. KR and CM entered the bathroom so CM could do her nails for her next appointment and wait for the money to manifest itself (under the door). CM continued to drink and do her nails, because she wasn't going to leave without her money. When CM finally was forced to leave the bathroom because somebody had the beer pees, she went outside, and was verbally sparing with the party-goers, she decided to leave and tripped and fell and had to go home without her money. KR waited outside to see if CM was able to collect any more money and told her to go back in and get it from the bathroom where she left it (i.e. recover her shoe). CM stumbled back out, got in the car and passed out. KR then had to drive her around trying to sober her up and when she couldn't she attempted to dump CM off at Kroger, making CM somebody else's problem. How's that sound.

I wonder how many cases of possible rape this SANE nurse examined and reported that the areas appeared normal and without any obvious signs of trauma ?
Assuming that there were no obvious signs of trauma- how much of her report was subjective ? Especially if the nurse believed that this person had been raped and sodomized by 20 men and possibly a broomstick.
Absent any obvious injuries, the terms " swelling " and
" redness " are very subjective in this anatomical area .
Infection, hormonal changes, STDs, etc can cause the same symptoms.
Nifong and the Lady Airheads describe the injuries as nearly life threatening- I'm surprised CM was able to walk or sit normally. Or to even breathe properly after the choke hold.
Should be interesting to see if there were GYN , proctology and ENT consults to deal with the injuries and what they observed .
