Great call. You nailed it.
Hmmm....She even gives a name to Image 4, but that is of course blacked out. It must have been one of the three names she used initially in her statement. Yet, she was still not asked how sure she was.
By the number of letters, she said #4 was either Adam or Matt.
Strange that she was not asked to clarify, but then the whole thing is strange.
I think he sat on it because he didn't want the minds of the grand jurors polluted with a full set of facts when they convene Monday.
Sounds rather poofy... (although I've heard and enjoyed JBMD)
It'd be hilarious if it turned out to be some well known black sports hero, especially if he is an NCCU student - or coach.
There's another factor consider now, and that's whoever's sperm it was that wasin her. If it's her pimp, he may just force her to back out because he doesn't want any scrutiny at all.
Most of us have asked and/or wondered that since the beginning.
HA!

But Stan Goldman, a Loyola Law School professor and former Los Angeles County public defender, said he would be surprised if Nifong went ahead with the case unless "they really have something significant that they are not revealing to us" such as a lacrosse player willing to testify he saw a rape.
"There has got to be some really good prosecution explanation as to why the DNA evidence does not exist and why someone else's would be there," Goldman said.
I agree.
Nobody wants to assail this lying ho' because she's AFRICANHYPHENATEDAMERICAN.
I think he does have an inferiority complex, and it's well deserved.
LOL!!! :>
I didn't see Geoff Fieger. I saw Jeff Brown.
Hammer's light in the loafers? Seriously? I didn't know that.

I'm going to be gone for awhile
The hooker had sex alright. It just wasn't with a Duke la cross player. I know how disappointed you are right now. Pity.
And speaking of records, have you read hers? 27 and already an illustrious career. Lie down with fleas...
Where are you going???
It seems that if the sex happened on the same day as the "alleged" crime, it wouldn't be all that "prior" and should be allowable. The evidence of that sex is critical evidence in the case and the guy is part of that evidence, so to speak.
This guy could've been the one that raped her (IF a rape even occurred). And he will be questioned by the police and then maybe brought before a grand jury like the other guys were.
Right.
The police took her to Durham Access first, then Duke hospital.
Right. Every now and then I still hit fact-mental-whiplash-doubt -- a result of the "stories" from DA/AV/Allies/MSM changing so darned much. Yes, police took her to Durham Access, Mayella Ewell hollered rape, then on to Duke Hospital.
How about the rumor that Nifong had an LAXDuke player "insider"? I haven't read or heard any more about that one.
Be well, and come back soon, OakOak.
