My guess is the press got partial, and mostly misleading, leaks. The written report came today, but the DA has been on the phone with the lab.
I bet Nifong didn't leak he whole report. Why would he? He only leaked a small portion that sorta implicated a player (the one with no mustache- the bald Pancho Villa).
I'm still partial to SNapper Garrison.
A lot of people are still holding out for that one guy to "come clean" and tell us what "really happened."
If Nifong DOES go forward w/the indictment of a 3rd player and proceeds w/a trial, the NC Lawyers' Association should seriously consider condemning him and recommending that he be disbarred.

they tested the vaginal sample profile and a;mpst certainly then ran the results thru the FBI database of criminal sexual offender DNA profiles.....unless she told them who she was boffin' recently and then they took an exemplar to confirm.......actually I'm hoping it was one of her clients with a sex criminal history........or that her pimp is one and the same, LOL.
At the presser standing were Butch Williams (captain Dan Flannery), Kerry Sutton (captain Matt Zash). At the table were Wade Smith (Collin Finnerty), Joe Cheshire (Dave Evans) and Bill Cotter (Collin Finnerty).

I heard the entire press conference on WPTF 680, during my beer run to Roxboro earlier tonight. Conclusion is that Nifong still has no case.
This actually tells a lot. IF something happened with 40 people milling about, someone would have cracked by now.
And, dufus Nifong, if he had anything, would have played that card by now against LAX, with some success. Who would want to be charged as an accomplice in the heat of this mess? Someone would have caved by now if there was a crime.

And you notice that they didn't find anything aobut a PUBIC HAIR.

But we have the DPD detectives going aruond to the press, showing them pictures of the players, asking "Do you know if this guy was at the party?"
