"Tissue" may be a bit of misinformation--Nifong hoping one of the players is sweating bullets right now.

The arrest of the cabbie may have been intimidation, but I think it was also meant to send a message to a bunch of college kids.

I think Nifong was blind sided by the Duke report in which it claimed a Duke officer overheard a DPD Sargent say CGM was not credible...yadda yadda yadda.

I think the press release this morning about the DNA is nothing more than a PR tactic to get the focus back on the "guilty players."


In the end this will most likely be very weak "evidence."

I will say I did not see Abrams today, but from reading updates from Peach and Oak, it does not seem as if he is too angry about the witness intimidation, the cabby.
