Please reserve the word "barbaric" for those that saw the heads off of innocent people. Thank you.
I can't as there are other behaviours that fall into that catagory. Such as trying to run someone down with a car and using a tire iron on their head because you dislike their lack of morals. Abortion is also barbaric.
