The one thing they seem to have gotten right about Poseidon was the cavalcade of yesterday's stars. It might enter the pantheon of classic bad movies like the other disaster flicks based on that, but it didn't provide much of a reason to see those movies in the theater in the 70s and doesn't now. I'll definitely Netflix it, but that's as close to spending money on it as I intend to get.
You're more genrous than I...
Richard Dreyfus as a gay guy (who's suicidal over his boyfriend dumping him) who finds meaning while struggling to survive a flipped over boat? Check, please.
I can't see the pic for some reason. She don't look so good now, but she was a hottie. I had such a crush on her. Too bad her eps weren't so good, though she was in a first season ep called Guardian of Piri--check out pics of her in THAT episode--70's hottie babe clothes!
Yeah but he'll probably die in the end. That's part of what makes disaster movies fun, everybody dies, and they mostly die stupidly.
Did I stumble onto a Kennedy family thread? ;)
Yeah, they don`t allow hyper-links so it doesn`t show here...I tried the web address and even THAT is shut off! The only way it seems to bypass all that is by going through google..Check it out...She is about 3 pics down. Click on thta then again to get the full size pic. Daaamn, she was hot hot hot!! I sent this to my brother, he is going to crack up. I remember he was nuts for her as well.

Yes. And tell your brother she's mine, so back off! ;)
OK this is getting creepy. Hey, how about that Poseidon?
Another cource says with the ads, the budget for that is $200 million. It was HACKED to pieces after previews, and the director, who wanted to do Superman meets Batman, is persona non grata around the studio.
