"Collegetown Creeper" Arrested In San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA - (5-5-06) Abraham Shorey, known by law enforcement as the "Collegetown Creeper," was taken into custody around 7pm near West Mountain View Drive and Adams Avenue. It was discovered that Shorey was in the San Diego area on Wednesday when police in Chula Vista stopped him, but they let him go after he gave police a fake name. Mr. Shorey is wanted in connection with a series of incidents where he allegedly entered women's homes and committed "bizarre acts." He is being held on warrants out of New York; two counts of sexual abuse, trespass and two counts of burglary.
