I'll have to think of something just in case my son ever atually has his homework done early. I guess it'll have to be something really, really special since the world will most likely end later on that very same day.

(grin) What I finally had to tell on of my sons about not trying in school -

You don't have to try hard. There are jobs in life for people who don't try hard. Like riding around on the back of a garbage truck.

Your friends don't care if you do poorly because it makes them look better.

Now, there's probably one person who really cares that you do well - your grandmother - because you are 3rd generation at this school and ma maw doesn't want to be know as the ma maw of a dummy.

He got moving and we never had to push him again.
