Life without parole -- that was a federal jury's sentencing recommendation for 9-11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui. Following about 41 hours of deliberations, the jury decided against the death penalty for Moussaoui, who pleaded guilty to several charges in connection to the 9-11 attacks. Court spokesman Edward Adams said the jurors could not unanimously decide on the death sentence. As Moussaoui left the courtroom, he shouted, "America you lost!" I agree with this verdict. I think he should have received the death penalty. I have no opinion.
