I was out tonight having a few drinks and talking with local folks about the weather. Sadly, most of the folks I spoke with were saying " It is supposed to clear by Wednesday! " and then I'd ask them if they saw a recent long term forecast....
Raccoonradio is right - this Noah's Ark weather is supposed to be here for all of next week. We had the same crap last year during May. It was cloudy and rainy for about the same time.
Yikes almighty...If I sat down and figured out how many weeks of the year its actually nice here in New England...
Well, being a typical New Englander I am too stubborn to leave.

Could be worse--I think Seattle had a MONTH of rain/clouds last year. 29 straight days of precip, I believe.

Yikes almighty...If I sat down and figured out how many weeks of the year its actually nice here in New England...

My husband is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Actually from the "East Bay" area where it's a lot warmer and sunnier than SF... gorgeous weather most of the time. He literally laughs out loud when he hears New England weather forecasters say: "Be sure to get outside tomorrow... it's going to be one of the ten best days of the year!" LOL
