I am in the market of getting a dog. I went to the pound last week to possibly save one from there. Honorable right? It is a requirement to CHIP all the dogs and I can see why they want such a thing.

Well being that this only applies to dogs coming out of the pound......your augmentation and spin transferring this to ALL dogs is exposed for what it is.
