As in regard to other thread with OLD info that her boyfriend took her to the hospital. We know differently NOW.

The posts should be viewed as what we knew at that time. As I sure you are aware, that information came from Yale Galanter as a guest on Abrams Report and the Pro-prosecution guest on that show did not challenge the statements. Her response was "SO?.."

There was no intention to mislead .. only a trust of a National show which has led in reporting on this Duke case. Unfortunately, they were wrong on that fact and it was repeated by people that watched the show.

OakOak, I understand all that, and I certainly know you had no intention to lislead. It's what we thought at the time because it's what was said then. Since then, we know differently. What is confusing is why somebody would seize on that as a means of refuting what even she, herself, said just to be argumentative against a poster using more current information widely known to people following the case closely and discussed numerous times on these many threads. It's bizarre.

Thanks for clarifying your thinking. I'm just not sure why you're posting about that on this particular thread. Be careful. Somebody might slam you for posting off-topic, lol! :>
