I don't know what's going to happen in this case, but I do know, for me, it put the kibosh on ever listening to Neal Boortz again. A few weeks ago, some good ol boy got on there and questioned the motivations of the charges, and Boortz and Royal ripped the guy from head to toe. Called him a racist, misogynist, etc. IOW, Boortz had not convicted the boys, but he had already sainted the accuser.

I can now completely do without him between this and the "buy my book, I don't make enything from it and I can't really explain how the Fair Tax will be any better than what we've got while the spending is unrestrained, ....but buy my book."

I didn't hear that about Boortz and to be honest I don't much about him. Sounds like he's got one of those anti-Duke-because-they-are-all-rich-spoiled-brats streaks.

Just guessing but I've got plenty of trustworthy sources that I have no need for the guy.
