Well, I for one believe you. Too many "secret" issues go on with the CFR and the Tri Lat. Unfortunately, most people think the CFR is the "Code of Federal Regulations."

Some 50 years ago my Grandmother read to me from a Maxfield Parrish illustrated Aesop's Fables with that very poem in it! My oldest has it now.
