Hubby and I signed the contract (and paid the money) for a new sunroom and we bought lawn furniture. Total=$28647.29We got one of the prefabbed sunrooms (12x15) a couple yrs ago, and we love it. Hope Juan and Manual don't come to build it.

This one is pre-fab also, Four Seasons, and we made that clear to the folks in the showroom. They show up with a truck load of illegals----I meet them in the driveway with a shotgun.
