Maybe this explains why some people in her life like her ex-husband have been saying nice things about her. Maybe they know if they say anything bad about her or to her they will be accused of rape or attempted murder? Yeah, but what's he going to say on the witness stand when he's asked if he attempted to kill his ex-wife?
Could he be charged with a attempted murder if he answers "yes"?
Otherwise, he's got no choice but to say the woman is crazy.

I agree. I was just explaining the intital impulse of those close to her not to make her an enemy. He did not even mention the attempted murder allegation. Now that this is out in the open, he has to say she lied, if he is called to testify. However, he still might downplay it or refuse to comment to media about it.

Wow. I hadn't thought of Scuze Me as a defense witness. You're right, ask him if he tried to kill the AV, when he answers no, ask if her police filing was false, when he says yes, sit down.
The defense could do the same thing with the three alleged 96 rapists, but it is more devastating coming form her ex.
