Well...wral seem to be pretty fair on this case, haven't they?
I am not in Durham, so I do not know.

Anyway, I hope you are correct, because I could not believe what I was reading.

Well, when you consider that most of those people voted for Kerry, it's not that hard to fathom.

We have our cross to bear in suffering such idiots.

The polls close in two hours. We should learn soon what track Durham intends to take on this case.

It occurs to me that the referendum on Nifong will serve as a barometer on what the jury pool has to offer.

In any case, given the NBPP involvement, Nifong communicating with them, giving 70 interviews, I think a motion for change of venue has a good chance of succeeding, unless we end up with a terribly biased judge.
