I think Nifong considering his position is more dangerous than Shabazz. Nifong has a vendetta going on here, big time.

2 big things regarding Nifong. He "mentioned" in the press women that supposedly have contacted him and thanked him and he mentioned that these women have been raped by DUKE STUDENTS. This is a NO, NO. Even if true, he's not allowed to make such statements. He's still actively trying to prejudice the Jury.

The other thing is that it has come out (N&O, I think) that the investigators when asked why they didn't follow their own policies on the ID and investigation - the Investigators said the were explicitly told to BY NIFONG.

Other Prosecutors (one on Abrams too) said A DA should NOT be involved to that degree and that's worrisome that NIFONG is doing something that can be construed as MANUFACTURING EVIDENCE.
