Nifong must have Mangum's cell phone records, so maybe she's off the phone by that time and he figures he's good to go on the 11:30-11:40 arrival time instead of the 11:50 arrival time, which explains why he may be trying to say the photo of Mangum getting in the car with her leg hanging out is really her getting out of the car, and the times were changed (backed up) on the camera by one hour.

Yes, Nifong can try and change the time line, but I assume the defense got a forensic expert to verify the time on the pics (Pics that Nifong refuses to look at).
If this is the case, there is one of them dancing at
12:00-12:04am, that would mean she danced AFTER she was brutally gang raped.

Kim changing her story after her arrest and deal with Nifong, along with the letter to the PR firm will make her very hard to believe now. I think what she said to the defense initially was the closest to the truth we will get out of her, however, after her arrest and deal, she is not going to say anything to help the defense.
