Question: Why would an honest prosecutor file charges before the "more sophisticated DNA test" came back? Why not wait, in case the DNA is different then your eyewitness.

I love the way he hints at great gobs of evidence. "They don't know my timeline" of course they don't Nifong and the AV haven't mad one up yet.

Well..gee I think his precious accuser has given a time line in official court filings.

He is a major ass, and it infuriates me how many hateful ugly people in Durham are happy to vote for this guy BECAUSE they like what he is doing to these innocent boys.

He does seem to be dropping hints - there may be a date rape drug in the tox report, there may be an alternate timeline, there may be some super-duper DNA that the SBI wasn't qualified to examine .... I hope we don't have to wait until a 2007 trial to find Nifong has purposely misled the public.
