Thanks for all the new news folks. I think I'm going to be seriously ill with outrage. I think the time has come for charges to be leveled for prosecutorial misconduct. If this evidence existed,with the DA refusing to see it, and the lineup was a joke, there must be some recourse these families have. Their sons lives have been destroyed. Sorry for the rant.
Wondering if the pics of his hands/arms are to show there were no scratches? I seem to recall (or was I dreaming) that part of the ID had to do with having scratches exhibited during the DNA/picture collecting? So, any scratches he might have had on March 23 were gotten AFTER March 13. It's not apparent in the photo ID dialogue, but I wonder if the players "with scratches" were the first one's pictured in the "lineup"???? (I'm probably way off base here, but it was a thought.)

I suspect he may have "resigned", instead of been fired, just so that that could happen. He certainly cooperated with the investigative team, which he was under no obligation to do.

But you know as well as I do that one of the photos of the AV on the back porch has gone from
what description do we see next??"she was smiling and talking on her cell phone" to
"she was smiling on the back porch" to
"she appears to be smiling on the back porch" to
"her mouth is open and her teeth are showing"
I don't know what the unreleashed pictures show and those who describe it keep changing the description...
What we do know is that she appears to have fallen on the back porch around 12:31 and at 12:38 she's still on the ground, obviously injured. We also know there was one and probably more people present during that period...
This partially explains the comments by the players and the cabbie's concern that someone was hurt... Which tells us there were probably 4 or more of the guys present when she fell...
Two things come to mind, either she fell really hard and knocked herself goofy and couldn't get up and the guys were afraid to move her, or else they thought it was funny and just left her there because they thought she was just falling down drunk...
Just curious why she was on the ground so long...
Hasn't it been reported that there were two or three guys at this *party* that were not on the LAX team?.....or am I haveing another of my senior moments?
If the AV said that the only thing Seligman did to her was to force her to perform orally- why was he indicted for rape ?
How long before Kim , Wendy Murphy, KG, et al- claim that the AV was actually forced into the cab and that's where some of the attacks happened ?

sorry to be a pain, but could you post the pic of him at the party..Did he change his shorts? I seem to recall white shorts, but that may have been another kid in a red shirt and white shorts( the watch pic)

Shabazz said his group has been unfairly portrayed as extremists and interlopers in the Durham case. He said the group has wide support in Durham and will remain involved in the case "for the long run."
