In any event, the AV phone records might end this case. As to the lack of alibi evidence shared by Finnerty's attorney, look at it this way, with Seligman filing and going public Finn gets the benefit and doesn't show his hand to a prosecutor an AV who are apparently making it up as they go. So if the AV and Inspector Closeau change the story to try and get Seligman, they don't know what Finn's alibi is. The defense has them betwixt and between. I like the strategy.

I think it has been wise to keep quiet where Finnerty is concerned.

No, she needs 40% plus one vote, and she needs to beat Nifong. I hope I am wrong, but it looks to me like she and Nifong will each get more than 40% and that Nifong will win (all this publicity is probably good for Nifong among the huge group of undecideds, who must be in never never land to not have made up their minds by now).

I've been staring at Kimberly trying to figure out what she reminded me of, and bingo, that's it, a Catfish! Thanks, whoever picked up on that. Usually rational and logical? What programs have you been watching. She's NEVER logical or rational. She's an ultra feminazi, totally irrational, screechy, vicious, totally one-sided, won't shut up (BOR had a terrible time w/her tonite on his show trying to get her to close her wailing mouth). I absolutely can't stand her witchy self. Ugh, ugh, ugh, and one more ugh, just for good measure.
That's been my opinion of her up til now. Probably because i agreed with her assessment on other cases (i.e. Scott Peterson). But in most cases there are not so many doubts about the accusations of the accuser. In this particular Duke case, i don't see how anyone can still stick their neck out for this woman.
