I missed if his face was shown walking up to the ATM
He never would answer a question, only spouted CBP mantra.

Here's another day, another blockbuster against the prosecution case (ATM survellience video - alibi), yet, AGAIN, the Media says he could've made 4 calls, walked a block and a half, took a cab ride, got $$ out of the ATM - and still have raped her. Never seen anything like it.
Notice how the Black Panthers want an agreement that the trial will be held in Durham. Wonder why?
So nice to know what allegiances certain school board members HAVE in Durham. It certainly isn't to truth or justice.. SO WHY THE HECK on they are on SCHOOL board?

Sunday Night, on Kimberly Guilfoyle, Shabazz said clearly that he ate dinner at their family table. And he said the family wants him involved.
The only reason I think it could be true, because her Father seems to have a mental illness like his daughter. He changes his story every 15 minutes and he has from his very first interview. The Father has Al Gore beat when it comes to being on all sides on an issue. An idea anyway.
Shabazz says he's had extensive conversations with DA, Mike Nifong.

Just saw the WRAL news. Interviewed, lightly both gents in that picture. The gentleman on the right, Mr. Coleman ALSO asserted they found no evidence of racism or sexual harassment among the Duke Players. Nor did they find boorishness. But they did learn that LAX players tend to have trouble with alcohol.
I am glad I can't stand to here him speak. I want to throw something through the TV when I see him on!

I think Nifong considering his position is more dangerous than Shabazz. Nifong has a vendetta going on here, big time.
2 big things regarding Nifong. He "mentioned" in the press women that supposedly have contacted him and thanked him and he mentioned that these women have been raped by DUKE STUDENTS. This is a NO, NO. Even if true, he's not allowed to make such statements. He's still actively trying to prejudice the Jury.
The other thing is that it has come out (N&O, I think) that the investigators when asked why they didn't follow their own policies on the ID and investigation - the Investigators said the were explicitly told to BY NIFONG.
Other Prosecutors (one on Abrams too) said A DA should NOT be involved to that degree and that's worrisome that NIFONG is doing something that can be construed as MANUFACTURING EVIDENCE.

That's a shocker.
Most of the drinking was off-campus.
I didn't go to a Party school and there was mucho drinking.
