Stripper charged that ex husband tried to kill her in '98. Case was never brought forward through lack of evidence. Some of the panel thinks that will come into this trial to show pattern of behavior.

Finnerty's attorney doesn't want to stipulate that he was even at the scene. Excepting for the AV's flakey ID (which may be thrown) out, no one has placed Finnerty at the scene. Therefore, from a legal standpoint, he wasn't even there...

If this was my kid being so wrongly charged and I was spending a fortune on attorneys and investigators anyway, I'd be tearing my hair out at the legal system in this country.

It would be poetic justice if Reede's cab companion was the 3rd man she was 90% sure of. LOL
Maybe she'll decide that Anna Nicole is a more important story. I've never liked her and like her even less now since reading freeper comments about how biased she is.
