I'm not saying psitively the police didn't take her, God only knows how much misinformation we've been fed so far... But I noted earlier in the Abrams show reference where Galanter said the BF took her... Did he just pull that out of his behind...?? I been doing my best to stay current and I haven't seen anything in the media that contradicts his statements...

Nifong is a bullsh*t talker, all his coy little sly remarks are nothing to me. He was talking crap at the beginning of this case too.
Look what we have, a first round of DNA test that came back so bad for Nifong he sent them to a private lab, then sat the accuser down and made her Id two guys in a phony unethical photo lineup. He needed SOMETHING to take to the GJ for an indictment before the election.

Now Nifong says 'they don't know my time line'. Really?
Well hurry and concocted one Nifong, so you can hand it over to them.
I think the surprise is going to be Finnerty's alibi.
It was smart for his attorney to keep it quiet about the time frame in which Collin went to the restaurant.
Let Mr. Nifong give set his time line, and lock the snake into a story.

The USSC just reversed a conviction because of potentially planted evidence. This is why I would not have volunteered for a DNA test.

I think he has her story, with a SANE report, and two shaky ID's.

That's it.

Did the defense file a motion last week to save all dna for retesting?

I think this was to prevent planting of evidence.

Vary interesting case, it sure sounds like the guy is guilty, but the SoCar rule of evidence sound like the bad DA protection rule. That is if the state has certain evidence you can not claim someone else did it.

I am glad to see we are getting solid conservative justices, but justices that also understand that the US Constitution requires that the state actually prove a case not outlaw someones defense.

I think all the "DNA" comes from pre-LAX party or post-LAX party. Again....I'm speculating, but it's my gut feeling.

As I said a few posts back, a finer DNA test is more likely to eliminate the players as implicate them. I wonder what Nifong will do then?

Darby, you're just not getting it. It's irrelevant if you have a full understanding on this topic or not. If you want to believe Yale Galanter, then by all means, do so. Galanter said that a month ago, long before the police timeline came out. I doubt that anybody here is going to beg you to believe us. If you want to work with month-old information instead of new information directly from the horse's mouth, you go girl. It matters not.
