Did your google search on screaming show me screaming at Wendy Murphy on TV? I was realllly loud!
My take on the reports of screaming (after doing a google search) is what was heard and reported by neighbors was the screaming done by both sides (Kim & some of the Lacrosse team members)at one another.

Gotcha'.
The arguement outside.

Some interesting posts on Osborne. Seems like he is one of the good guys.
"..As to the elitism of some of the involved attorneys, Kirk Osborne, the attorney for Reade Seligman (who it sounds like by the time lines being volleyed about may be innocent even if there was a rape), is so elitist that he started the Public Defender's Office in Prosecutorial Dostrict 15B (Orange County, Chapel Hill, NC). He was such a snob that he bought my lunch the first time I met him, when I was an elite intern at the exclusive Public Defender's office and at the posh Orange County (now defunct branch of the NC) Legal Aid. The defense attorney, Kerry Sutton, (who I do know personally)probably could be due to be quiet, but she likes to make noise and get in the middle of things whether she belongs there or not, she is so elitist that she graduated from the black school North Carolina Central University's night law school in four years while she was raising two little ankle biters herself. ..."
Too funny!
I'm with you all the way on this one. Some of these people must be very, very hateful people. They're obviously willing to be a part of Nifong's little mob and lynch some college students because they're white and perceived to be privileged.
Oh and these horrible lacrosse players at some time in the past must have committed the colossal crimes of being loud, drinking, and of public urination, too. Ye Gods, the horror, no other male college students have ever done that.
You screamed at WM? You go girl!!!
Re: neighbors and their complaints....
Somebody once told me that in order to avoid that problem, you should always invite your neighbors to your parties! ;)
Oh, you mean at your TV... I should not try to read posts, post and work at the same time....talk about "drive-by". :/
EWWWWWWWW!! Right after I ate, too! Excuse me while I.....
Oh, that hormone imbalanced one just makes me cringe. And she honestly believes that any and everything that she spews is gospel.
He does seem to be dropping hints - there may be a date rape drug in the tox report, there may be an alternate timeline, there may be some super-duper DNA that the SBI wasn't qualified to examine .... I hope we don't have to wait until a 2007 trial to find Nifong has purposely misled the public.
So they buy houses next to campus because they're cheaper and then complain about the noise which is the reason they're cheaper in the first place.
Reminds me of people who buy next to airports.
Well, I think the defense should release the DNA findings. NiFong is insinuating that there is incriminating findings there...so let's see.

He is?
What is he saying?
Speaking of time lines, I bet the defense has a beautiful time line prepared by private detectives giving a minute by minute blow (sorry) of Ms Crystal's activities before arriving at the Lax House.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong...
" ...If Nifong had anything like a TOX report showing a date rape drug,"
_________________
What I understand Nifong said, when he hinted of a date rape drug was, that he had a witness who will testify that CGM was sober when she got there, and had something to drink given to her by the players, and then became too drunk to perform.
that witness being a sex worker with a record, I'm guessing.
How does disclosure of evidence to the defense work - does defense have to request it, or is the DA just obliged to turn it over to defense? And, is there a time limit that the DA can hold it before turning it over?
Last month, defense attorneys also publicly stated that DNA samples taken from 46 Duke lacrosse athletes cleared the players, but Nifong hinted on Wednesday that there may be more to the DNA tests than defense attorneys are sharing.
"The fact they're making statements about what reports are saying, and not actually showing the reports, should in and of itself raise some red flags," Nifong said.
