The same thing happens with antiwar rallies.... The police will not make arrests of the antiwar hippies unless they do something extreme, such as assaulting a police officer. Tresspassing, harassing counterprotesters, charging police lines, and graffitti are ok for hippies to do, in what I have seen.

How much would you have to pay for proven legal employees to do these jobs?

(I'm not pinging on you, I just have a theory that the "americans wont do these jobs" argument leaves out the important following statement :"At the wages employers want to pay")

Strangely enough,

It's not the wages. Plenty of white folks work for $10-$11 dollars and hour, they just don't want to do housekeeping.

It's become a status thing, much more than a money thing.
