I heard that, too, but then I saw a guest, within the past two days, on CNN, MSNBC or FOX laughing and telling the host, "You can't believe how easy it is to alter the time on photos."

It is easy to change the timestamp on the photo, but you cannot change the embedded time in the camera, from what I understand.

But how easy is it to see if the time stamps were changed. I know we can not expect the media to investigate whether or not the time stamp was alterred, they are too busy having their hair done.

But it a world where reporters actually worked, maybe they would investigate this leak and then report it if it the time stamp appeared to be altered and discard the leak if the time stamp appeared real.
