Yes, this MSNBC story is a repeat of the TIME story. But how can they be arriving at 12:41am when Kim is recorded on the phone with the cops reporting a racial slur 14 minutes later at 12:53am. IF the prosecution moves the time line back they are really dumb.

She has fresh cuts on her legs from falling down the steps in that pic, according to Dan, and she is in KIMS CAR!

Even the shady Kim has been consistent on the fact she arrived FIRST and had to wait for Mangum for about thirty minutes.
