Report made the alleged victim took place in Creedmore and was committed by three males. Repeatedly beat her and assaulted her. Officer advised victim to file a chronological report but the victim did not do so and the case was not presued. Report was made 8/1996
The three men made no statements and no investigation was persued. She alleged she was assaulted by three African American men. Lt. Brian Bishop was the responding officer, now with another department.
Case was not persued because the alleged victim did not persue the case. Once she refused to persue the case, the case was dropped.
