I am saying the police report says when she complained in 1996, the reporting officer talked to her and her fiancee. It is on the second file. The first is what all the stories a based on.
He may not have MADE her report it, but she could have been backed into a corner by feeding the fiancee the gang rape story to cover her past activity, and then felt like the only way to make him fully believe it was to actually report it to the police.
I would say that the fiancee was there could well mean something that he caught her doing or something she said to him caused her to claim rape 3+ years prior?
